| Cedric Charles Dickens, great-grandson of Charles Dickens, is the author of our best-selling Christmas with Dickens.
He was educated at Eton and Cambridge and during World War 11, he served in the Royal Navy. While in the Navy he met Elizabeth, a Navy driver, and they married in 1948.
A corporate executive most of his life, he retired as Director of Communications with International Computers.
His first book, Drinking with Dickens appeared in 1980. Four years later Dining with Dickens was published.
The couple has two children and three granddaughters. They live in Somerset, England.
